Magtech General Construction & Trading Pte Ltd successfully completed the supply and installation of a Fibreglass Reinforced Plastic (FRP) water tank at 35 Pioneer Sector Dormitory, Singapore in 2025. This project supports domestic water usage for a newly developed worker dormitory.
The installed tank measures (3+3)m x 4m x 3m (H), providing sufficient water storage capacity to meet the daily consumption demands of the facility. As part of a new-build project, the installation required proper coordination to ensure alignment with the overall construction schedule and site conditions.
Our scope of work included the full assembly and installation of the FRP sectional panel tank, comprising the base structure, side panels, roof structure, internal reinforcements, and all necessary accessories. The installation was carried out in accordance with project requirements, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion.
With the increasing development of worker dormitories across Singapore, water storage systems play a critical role in ensuring reliable and consistent supply. FRP tanks are well-suited for such applications due to their corrosion resistance, lightweight properties, and long service life.
