This project involved the replacement of an existing domestic FRP/GRP water tank at One Finlayson Green, Singapore. The new sectional panel tank installed measures (3+5)m x 3m x 3m (H), carried out within a fully operational building.
The site presented several challenges, including limited working space and a non-standard elevated concrete plinth, which required careful planning and strict adherence to work-at-height safety procedures. Due to these constraints, our team had to ensure proper access control, safe material handling, and precise coordination throughout the installation process.
Our scope of work included the full dismantling of the existing tank and the installation of the new FRP sectional tank system, comprising the base structure, side panels, roof structure, internal reinforcements, and all necessary accessories.
Despite the challenging site conditions, our experienced team carried out the works efficiently through proper sequencing and coordination. Each stage of the installation was carefully planned to ensure smooth progress while maintaining safety and quality standards.
The project was successfully completed with the tank fully installed and ready for commissioning, ensuring a reliable domestic water supply for the building.
This project demonstrates our capability in handling FRP water tank replacement works in Singapore, particularly in tight and complex site environments. With an experienced in-house team, we are able to adapt to site constraints and deliver practical, safe, and high-quality solutions without compromising project timelines.
