Replacement works were carried out at Parc Oasis Condominium, Singapore in 2025, involving the installation of two (2) units of Fibreglass Reinforced Plastic (FRP) sectional water tanks for domestic usage.
Each tank measures 6m (3+3)m x 3.5m x 3m (H), forming a reliable water storage system for the development. As a replacement project within an existing building, the works required careful coordination to ensure smooth execution.
A key challenge for this project was the installation environment. The tanks were located within a rooftop enclosure with walls on all sides, where the available clearance between the tank and surrounding walls was limited in certain areas. This created constraints for material handling, positioning, and assembly works.
Despite the restricted working space, our experienced installation team carefully planned the installation sequence to ensure efficient assembly while maintaining safety and quality standards. Proper coordination and execution allowed the works to be completed smoothly without issue.
Our scope included the dismantling of the existing tanks and the full assembly and installation of the new FRP sectional panel tanks, including base structure, side panels, roof structure, internal reinforcements, and all necessary accessories.
This project highlights Magtech’s capability in handling replacement works in confined environments, particularly where working clearance around the tank is limited.
