Magtech General Construction & Trading Pte Ltd has been actively involved in the supply and installation of Fibreglass Reinforced Plastic (FRP) water tanks for the Tengah HDB Development, Singapore since 2022. This ongoing project forms part of the Centralised Cooling System (CCS), supporting one of Singapore’s key sustainable housing initiatives.
To date, the project comprises a total of 121 FRP tanks of various sizes and configurations that is still ongoing, including:

As part of a large-scale and long-term development, this project required consistent coordination, scheduling, and delivery across multiple phases. The tanks were designed to support the CCS infrastructure, where reliability, durability, and performance are critical for long-term operation.
Our scope of work includes the supply and full installation of FRP sectional panel tanks, covering base structures, panels, roof systems, internal reinforcements, insulation (where required), and all necessary accessories. Each installation is carried out in accordance with project specifications, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and performance requirements.
Given the scale and duration of the project, maintaining consistency in quality and workmanship across all installations has been a key focus. Our experienced in-house installation team has been deployed throughout the project to ensure smooth execution, proper coordination with other trades, and timely completion of each phase.
