This project presented significant challenges due to the tank’s location on top of an elevated support structure. The working area surrounding the tank was extremely confined, with limited clearance between the tank and the surrounding walls. The combination of restricted workspace and working at height required careful planning, coordination, and execution throughout the project.

Due to the site constraints, special attention was given to material handling, installation sequencing, and worker safety. Our ground team, supervisors, and project management team worked closely together to ensure that all installation activities were carried out safely and efficiently. The elevated structure and limited access meant that every stage of the replacement process required precision and experience.

Projects of this nature demand a highly skilled installation team. With our experienced installers, each possessing well over a decade of hands-on water tank installation experience, and a project manager with more than twenty years in the water tank industry, Magtech was able to complete the replacement works smoothly and successfully while maintaining the highest standards of workmanship and safety.

Our scope of work included the dismantling and disposal of the existing water tank, supply and installation of a new FRP sectional panel water tank, assembly of the tank structure and accessories, testing, commissioning, and final handover to the client.

In addition to the water tank replacement works, the client requested the installation of a new access door for the tank enclosure structure. Although this was outside the original water tank scope, our team assisted in procuring and installing the door as part of our commitment to providing a complete solution for the client.
