Magtech General Construction & Trading Pte Ltd successfully completed the replacement of a Hot-Dipped Galvanized (HDG) pressed steel water tank at Heritage Apartment, Singapore in 2025. This project involved the upgrade of an existing water storage system, ensuring improved reliability and long-term performance.
The installed tank measures (3+5)m x 7m x 2m (H) and is designed with a bottom sump, providing effective water collection and system functionality. As a replacement project within an existing development, careful planning and coordination were required to ensure smooth execution and minimal disruption.
Our scope of work included the dismantling of the existing tank, as well as the supply and installation of the new HDG sectional panel tank. This covered the assembly of the base structure, side panels, roof cover, internal reinforcements, and all necessary fittings. The works were carried out efficiently with close attention to safety, quality, and site conditions.
